Q1: Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
While we do welcome walk-ins based on availability, we highly recommend booking your slot in advance. Our peak hours (evenings and weekends) fill up quickly, and reserving ahead ensures you get your preferred time and therapist.
Q2: How can I book a massage session?
You can book a session by calling us directly or messaging us via WhatsApp at 01708-978792. Alternatively, you can fill out the appointment request form on our website, and our team will confirm your slot.
Q3: What happens if I am late for my appointment?
To ensure the best experience, please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may have to be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled guest, though the full treatment price will still apply.
Q4: What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance so we can open up the time slot for other clients.

Aromatherapy elevates this experience by incorporating therapeutic-grade plant and flower essential oils that target your mental state—helping to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and boost mood through the power of scent.
Q6: What should I expect during a Traditional Thai Massage?
Traditional Thai Massage is a fully clothed, dry massage performed on a specialized mat. It combines assisted yoga-like stretching, compression, and acupressure. There are no oils used, and it is highly effective for improving flexibility and relieving joint stiffness.
Q7: What are the benefits of your “Special Spa Packages”?
Our Special Packages bundle multiple high-end therapies together at a discounted rate to give you a complete wellness experience. For example, the VIP Spa Package gives you 150 minutes of continuous relaxation covering Full Body, Aroma Therapy, and Foot Reflexology.

Q14: Do you provide shower facilities after an oil massage?
Yes. We have clean, modern, and fully equipped hot shower facilities. You can wash away any residual massage oils and walk out feeling completely refreshed and ready for the day.
Q15: Do I need to bring anything with me to the spa?
No, you do not need to bring anything. We provide everything required for your session, including clean towels, disposable spa wear, robes, and premium toiletries.
